Luminous invertor
Poor service

Sir,

i bought a luminous invertor on Wednesday, 10 september. and there was a breakdown in it on thursday, 11 september. I lodged a complain on the same day trough the dealer from whom we purchased the invertor. on of ur officials visited after 2 days to look into the matteri.e on saturday, 13 september and told that one of the invertor part is being damaged and needsto be replaced and confirmed that it would be done today or day after. but till now it has not been repaired and we our facing a hell lot of problems. We our calling continously the service center but they are either not picking up the phone or not giving a satisfactory answer. Day by day they are just postponing the issue.

Would request you to please advice whether this issue would be resolved or we have to switch over to another companies invertor.
