LUMINUS UPS 600VA
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

We have purchased new Luminium UPS 600VA from its dealer in Faridabad M/s. Unique Infotec vide Bill No. 1199 dated 20.9.2008. But after purchased it's get problems due to backup & reset. when complain so many times to its headoffice engineer come & every time they R&D on it & tell it will be replaced but no body change it. we complain 9.5.2009 vide complain No. 269617 but no body come to attend complain & again make complain No. 276467 dated 19.5.2009 & engineer come 21.5.2009 & he told UPS will change next day but till on date no body change UPS. for this negligency, we have lost our DATA & Hard Disk currupt due to UPS not working. We complain Mr. Ashwas (Head office incharge) he promise to shortout problems but there is no responce, we complain Ms. Priyanka (Headoffice) again no reply. we are very helpless what to do.
