My vehicle got break down due to some reasons and it was not even one year old it was shocking for every one that it got breakdown, some how we got it toaing and brought the car to our home, & i complaind to our car dealer, he sent mechanic, he cheaked everthing and he went back because he not having spare part.again i called the dealer & i asked the executive, he said it to get the car afert one day because spare is not available. after one day i did not get my car ready, atleast idid not got the date when will i get my car ready and after continous followups they said 2days, but it took 5days already, still my car not get ready.idont expect such a service from tata it is not about car it is about service.

please give me some solution to get my car ready.
