I am a retailer (RUPAL TELECOM) and i have submitted three handsets to SKY ELECTRONICS VAPI

MR JIGAR of sky electronics dont even bother to call back to the customer for feedback, so all this matter was transfered to MR HUSSIAN from surat and he too have the same problem after 1 month from submission of J150 with WO NO. 8165 he says the handset is been water logged which didnt appeared when it was before submitted in care which is having a minor problem of speaker. Sam j150 which i hav submitted 3 months ago has a WO DATE OF 14/09/09 AND IT IS BEEN SAID TO ME THAT i will receive a chaque after one an a half month but still a havent received my chaque . so i request that plz take a quick action regarding this matter otherwise a have no option other than stop selling SAMSUNG MOBILE.
