No Company Rules for employees

This is a hospital situated in Deogarh, Jharkhand where they lure the employees from different parts of India with a havoc salary and after that when they come to know that they have paid extra salary they just cut those employees from their payroll without any compensation. I have faced the same music over there and knocking the doors of the management to pay one month's salary as compensation. They don't have any rules and don't bother to formulate any rules. Also they don't have adequate medical facility over there what they actually claim.

If anybody gets employment in Maa Lalita Hospita in Deogarh, I will suggest not to join over there.
