Sir,

I ANIL KUMAR MADAN took business loan of Rs. 20 Lakhs from your financial institution. I had re-paid approx 20 installments to your bank without any bouncing for which you can check your records also. Suddenly my supplier has shut down his plant of CDR & DVD-R in Baddie for which I had paid him advance for Rs. 1.67 Crores and all the payments were made by cheques & RTGS only and goods has not not been supplied by them. For which I occurred a huge financial loss in my business for which complaint in EOW wing, Crime branch has been done and investigation is in process and all copies has been supplied to various Police officiers. I am not able to do business also. I request to give some time till the investigation is completed and get my money recovered and after that I can able to pay off all the payments in one shot. You look in my loss and can imagine how a trader can exist in huge loss and pay the installments in time.

Some from your office named Ritesh Luthra – Mob no- 9891319895 and Mr Taygi phone no 011-30476400, phoned me on Sunday and warned me that he coming at my home with police as they has too much hold in police department and they will also send there collection persons at my home to recover the money as only one installment is due pending, they will shout and you can be harmed by them and alert me to get ready.

As for your information I am Cancer, heart, B.P, Sugar patient as the treatment is going on in All India Medial Institute of Delhi. I am not able to sleep at night with a lot of fear. Please co-operate me or advice me what to do whether I should take poison with my family and finish & destroy my life, or may handover to myself to take me anywhere they wish and shout in my home and outside home or take help from police and ask for justice.

I am always ready to repay the amount till my amount recovers from my supplier, till police investigation completes.

Please mercy on me and direct me what I should do. I am in great fear as they talked me on phone they can finish me to recover the amount. They told me that our collection persons are so much dangerous that they can do that you cannot expect.

Please help me and do justice with me as I am helpless now a days to pay the installments.
