Nasty Of Road by Public

I am living near by Don Basco Primery School, 6th cross Street Thanikachalam nagar Ponniammanmedu, Chennai The road is very bad after the process of laying the drainage pipe lines. Water is stagnating due to somebody take and divert their drainage water into road, It is very difficult for school going Childern sometimes fall down in the drainage water, Not easy to walk on Karumari amman koil road. Women and children are facing great difficluty to walk on the street. We can advised many times the people who divert the drainage water into road, but they have no response, Who is the great Officer Please help us to rectify the Problem
