MADHAV VATIKA FLATS
NON ALLOTMENT OF FLAT

Sir,

My father in law had booked a flat in November in Madhav Vatika situated in posh area of Rajkot City (Gujarat). He has taken 7 installments of 70, 000/- each and from year 2005 Mr. Pratik Patel one of the patner of Builder has taken over the full ownership of the flats and then he is absonding. We have lodge a complaint in Police as well as one of the department of Government (now closed). But till today we have not been given any refund nor possession of flat.
