THE TIMES OF INDIA DHAMAKA OFFER not circulated till now.

Hi,

I subscribed for Times Of India "Dhamaka Offer"(Consent # 46534) for 6 Months on 30-09. I was said that I would receive the Times of India including on Sunday's. In Subscription order form cum receipt they have mentioned the date of implementation is on 15-10-08. After that i have called to times of india twice they took the information regarding the offer but there was no response.

I called them repeatedly and requested them regarding this issue and the consent person No. is 9703569009.This is not the problem with only me... there are many other people in my Complex facing problems with these offers. but wont's circulating the paper.
