I would like the Noika persons (Higher most officials) to replace their products, if there is any problem with the brand new set within 30 days of purchase. This should be informed to all the stores where NOKIA is sold and they should not ask us to go to Nokia Care centre. Why should i replace a spare part within 30 days of my purchase, it is their duty to replace the product and if they feel the product has manufacturing defect they should not put it in the market and recommend for it.

I am expereincing a bad time with the Noika Care centre, 10th Main Road anna Nagar Chennai -40.

Dear Customers, Please do not buy any products from THE MOBILE STORE, ANNA NAGAR, They would recommed for the product and promise for replacement till you buy, but once bought they would behave like a street vendors. The nokia Care centre Anna Nagar has a tie with this store and give the worst service and creates a very bad name for NOKIA BRAND. I would definitely not buy Nokia brand hereafter and also suggest my friend, relatives and my viewers in this site not to buy.

Worst service i have ever seen in any countries i visted like USA, UK.
