Surchaging more money than printed on polythene

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am staying in sector-24 gandhinagar. Here most of the shop keepers are charging more money than it is printed on the milk/buttermilk polythene of Madhur Dairy. So its my kindly request to you that you took the case seriously to abolish the "tradition" of being charging more to the customer.
