I recvd the maestro card on 21/05 State Bank located at Madame Cama Road Mumbai (8586). My Saving Bank A/c No is 20012469209. The bank had taken my signature on the document of well come kit. The Pin code for the above Maestro Card No 622018085600178587 was found missing. They are showing me the register that you have revd it. Told me to give application to receive the same. I had given two applications so far in the said branch but till now could not get the Pin Code. I checked my S/A balance and till now it is intact.

I want the Pin code on my address : 606A, Blue Bell Hiranandani Garden Powai,

Mumbai 400 0076. at an earliest. I wont hv any complaint with the branch staff.
