Excess charge of e.m.i

Sir/madam, i had taken the loan of Rs-7, 00, 000/-for scorpio (four wheeler loan) from magma shrachi finance limited, model no.sco hawk bs3 abs tc5 2wd rhd dmd white, chasis no-MA1TB2HAN82E78671, -engine no. HA84E16987. Matter of complain is that they told me previousely to pay Rs-23000/-(36 installments of Rs-23000/-) and simoultanousely they taken 6 (six) blank cheques and other doccuments but after 1 (one) month i.e at the time of payment of 1st installment, the collection agent were asked me to pay Rs-27, 007/-(excess amount of Rs-4007/-per installment i.e-Rs-4007/-*36 =Rs-1, 44, 252/-) unnecessarily.kindly make me favour of justice.
