Delay in installation

Dear sir/madam

since 18 december i had given a draft for installing pipe gas line. On regular telephonic calls, on 17th feb work was commenced. Till today work is going on and after finishing it is not installed properly. i dont understand, when the line is already there in same building why is it delayed. please look into this matter. thanks
