i, dr sabiha inamdar, staying at nasik, have purchased a flat six months ago.after getting very huge amount of light bills, i had made a complaint at nasik mseb, on which they asked me to take a new meter, and send the old meter for checking, since last three months i am waiting for the report.and since last three months i am getting bill as average, the report entry is not yet done in computer, and i get a provisional bill, which is hand written, the first three months i have paid huge amounts, and now my bill is comming at the rite way.so why my bill was coming so high with the old meter.waiting for reply, and proper a action.
