Forced convictions in the State Govt. Cases

In India the Law & order, the Human rights all are crushed by submitting false court cases against the businesspersons, giving them mental torture by not coming to the courts for decades after submitting case. They say Public prosecutor will look after the case, after the submission. If after 10-12 years you ask the court to dismiss the case for the compailant not present even once, the magistrates dont oblige. Then you are left with just one solution to get rid of going to court every month for years together, that you plead guilty. For that also you have to manage the P.P., the judge, the advocate, the complaint for getting minimum penalty/punishment.

There should be no prosecution at all. These government cases should be solved at adminstrative levels only.
