Cheat, he took money and didnt provided the services he promised and refused to rerutned the money

Hi,

Mahesh Chand Sharma (advocate), [EN Number D - 325 / 1994] [Seat No. 49, Civil wing, Tis Hazari Court], was supposed to get my marriage registered.

He asked for a total fees of Rs. 6000/-.As an advance he asked for Rs. 3000/- which we gave on 2 July.

Before to take the advance he told that marriage registration can be done with in 2 days.

We provided him all the papers and asked him to submit the papers so that court can give a date for the registration. Then he said that my presence is reuiqred to submit the papers.

when i went to tis hazari court then he told that papers will be submitted in nand nagari court (he didnt provided this information earlier).

Then I said that, please return my papers and money as i cannot go 40 kilo meters to nand nagari.

he returned the papers but didnt returned the money.

he is a cheat and a fraud. such people must not be allowed to practice law as they only swindle money out of people by fraud.
