Subject: Wrong Balance Deduction.

On 13/07, Rs.26/- deduct in my main account for 0.01 paisa per sms pack, but I was not able to benifit for this pack, because u have technical problem, and my balance deduct Rs.0.50/-per sms, then I call to Customer Care, but I have no recieve any positive responce from Customer Care side, so please check it...
