Deactivation of SIM

Dear Team

My mobile has been lost which was an Post paid connection 97041111761 - which was issued against the company deatils.

This is an reminder complaint for Deactivation, which was requested to Deactive on June 15 th but till date the number ahs not been deactivated

Which was an official number and request has been sent to Mr. Prashanth /prabhkar btm Brnach manager in Banglore and the customer service executives Revathi and Mr. Kumar

I got many complaints as that number is still in working

Appriceate if i can get the confirmation of the Deactivation
