I was dealer of mahindra gujarat tractor ltd, vadodara since 2005. company terminated my dealership on july 07. wrote 4 letters demanding refund of my dealership deposit & my balance amount with them. also sent legal notice for refund of amount in feb. 08. refund not received till date. kindly help.
