CUG CHARGES OF RS. 50/= FOR THE LAST SIX MONTHS

I am in receipt of the bill dt.01.04.2008 from which I came to know that ther is a CUG charges of Rs. 50/= in my bill. From going through the old bills, I am surprised to see that from oct'07 you are charging such Rs.50/= in my bill. I have not subscribed any such service. Over telephonic call on *333 & 30333333 this was confirmed that no such service was subscribed. I could not understand why such amount has been charged to my bill? Again I have rquested to reverse the amount including service tax & educational cess, secondary EC to my current bill and send a fresh bill to me so that I can make the payment, But R COM is not ready to revised the bill. They are not even lodging my complain on the above numbers. I am not even in a position to pay the amount which is not payable by me. If such thing is happen I will not pay the bill and it can be treated as surrender of moblie line by me.
