Electrical cable n fuse box short ciruit

Im having Mahindra Scorpio made 2005 CRDe and last 20 days back a cables of vehicle was burned due to short curcuit. Automotives which is the Mahindra's authorised service centre in hyderabad were checked it n told that have to change the fuse box compartment.

they will get it in week days n after 20 days there is no improvement in this. So, please guide me what to do n where i have to contact n give me cotact no. of customer service support. or call me on 09885342288.
