Not receiving new pape

Sir, I have made a payment of Rs. 999/- through credit card in the month of Janauary fas subcription for two year for mail l today news paper. I received coupne and gift voucher, but I am not getting the papers til now.

My costmer I D / Form No. 316586. I reside at 982 - G /2, Shalmilar Garden, Ext. I. Shahibabad, Ghaziabad.

Kindly take necessary action.
