Failure to power charges

I was purchased inverter on the basis of your good reputation & as a good service providing Company

power is comming in inverter but not charging the battery. I have sent to your dealer Joshi Electronics, Modinagar for servicing on 18/5/09 after that your enginner mr pardeep from Meerut (U P) has visited at my residence on 23/05/09 with Joshi 's guy & returned the inverter & told it is now perfect & I have pay the service charges 850/-. but the inverter was not working & same day we have complained to Joshi Electronics, Modinagar, after that 10 day's has been passed & we have infiormed at your service centre, Meerut & Mr Pardeep also but nothing have been done, ultimately I am suufering more than 15 Days
