Non refund of 50 % base fare on air ticket

I have booked a ticket (Your E-CouponNumber is FLT00003749811 and Ticket number

SC7DGB) in Go Air and travelled from Delhi to Banglore via Ahmadabad on 5th April, 09. As per the offer dispalayed an amount of 50 % of the base will be refunded wiht in a week time. But almost eight weeks over. I have not received any amount so far. So many times called to Make my Trip as well as Go Air customer care people. But no response. Please take action against them for cheating the people to increase their business. As per their refund norms I have to get back Rs: 1237 which is the 50 % of base fare (Rs:2475). I am here with forwarding the documents of my travel.
