Refund of hotel charges

We booked holiday plan through Makemytrip. We had to short close our tour to Ooty as Makemytrip booked Hotel in Coonnoor instead of Ooty and that too hotel was not good.

Makemytrip is suppose to pay refund of one day hotel charges.
