Dissconnection / Cancellation of Loop Mobile Services

Dear Sirs,

Inspite of my several request & E-mail to your Customer care executives for 'Do not activate chargable Services' on my above mentioned loop mobile connections, you have charged GPRS calls (which I never used) in my monthly bill dated 23-08-09 . On request to your Custermer cell executive Mr. Pragnesh Parmar on 26-08 straightway he refused to revert it. I again spoken to your executive on 01-09 requesting him to Stop / cancel all the facilities provided on these cells for ever. The differfence of amount has already been paid under suggestion of your executive of Loop Mobile Galary, Sion.
