A document containing EXPORT SHIPPING DOCUMENTS bearing cons.no. TUT 2557090 was booked from Tuticorin on 16.09.2009 and the same was expected to be delivered by 18.09.2009 but so far the same has been not delivered.

From 18.09.2009 we are following up with the Maddur agent and till this morning we were tod that the document was not received. Today i checked the same in your website and it showed the status as

Then i called up your customer care at Koramangala on 4243006 and spoke to one Ms. Pavithra and enquired about the document and i was told that the docuemnt was sent to Mandya on 17.09.2009 vide MANIFEST No. 064823 and i was also provided with the contact nos of Mandya Branch as 08232-402828. Then i spoke to one Ms. Shruthi and enquired about the document she said she will check the status and get back to me on my no. 94485 25626 but she didnt call back. When i called up again the same no one Mr. Nagendra came on the line and said he will call me back, and he called after 10 minutes and said that the document will be delivered at my address today. But i dont understand wherein the document come all of a sudden. I am vey unhappy with the service of proffessional couriers at mandya as well as Maddur. Adding to this i called up Pavithra at Customer care Koramangala bangalore and told her the whole story and insisted her to provide me the information to lodge a complaint but she didnt guide me properly and at last provided me the contact no of Mr. BALAKRISHNA the incharge of Mandya. Then i spoke to him on 9945248999 and he said that he is out of ststion and he will check with the mandya branch and i also told him to let me know what action he is going to take for this irresponsible handling of documents and poor customer service.

I am wating for a prompt reply from Proffessionl courier.

Also i would like to inform you that the documents were to be submitted at bank by 18.09.2009 and because of this delay i have lost my reputation at my bank and also with my
