R.C. Book YET not received after one year of cash purchase of Bajaj pulsar

Dear Sir,

I have purchased bajaj pulsar bike from Manan Bajaj Dealer of Bajaj Auto at Ahmedabad Paldi area of the city.

The purchase date is 24/04, and still today at 29/04 I haven't received R.T.O. Registration Book from dealer. After complaining three times in last one year through direct walk in and phone they are giving me the time of still fifteen days to check where is the book. No body knows that wher is the book and they are giveigeach others name. The person from whome I have purchased my bike has resigned last month and now nobody is ansiring properly.

Pl help me in this metter because my bikes Insurance is going to finish on this 01/05.and Insurance company is asking for the R.T.O. Book is renuing it in new Company so that they can check on which date my Bike has been registered in R.T.O.
