Domain name and hosting not working since registered

These are worst people are i ever face in my life. commitment word is not in their dictionary. they have bunch of confused people in C care and support i think they are confused with their own generated systems. i bought two packages from them on 18 aug. and i got one email that my packages are successfully done. since then i tried but nothing is working i chat with them i waste so much time and money on calling but result i Zero.

dont go to them they are worst people in the field of domain and hosting.
