Drainage Line Problem

I am the property owner in Malleswaram, 3rd Main Road (Known as Margosa Road) Between 9th and 10th Cross, Bangalore-560 003. We the residents staying between 9th and 10th Cross are facing a lot of drainage line problem. The drainage water does not flow smoothly due to old rusted pipes layed 30 years before. It is coming out to the footpath causing a havoc to the general public as well as the health problems to the residents. I have given a complaint letter to AEE, Malleswaram 18th Cross, Bangalore-560 003 15 days before but no response from the authorities. We have called the BWSSB cleaning vehicle who cleans the drainage pipes with the help of huge compressors. Even the cleaning people who had come for cleaning suggested us to get the drainage pipes replaced and said to write a letter to AEE. But even after 15 days there is no response from the authority.
