Harassment by Standard Chartered

Dear Sir, Manhattan Cards from Standard Chartered approached me for subscription of their credit card services in 2004. They were offering free subscription for lifetime. I used the card for 2 years and subsequently stopped using the card. I last used this card in sometime in Oct 06. However I did not receive any statement for this card since then. The last purchase was for approximately Rs. 1500.00. Since I did not receive any statement I missed the payment for this card. Subsequently representatives of Standard Chartered Bank contacted me for payment of the amount and I paid Rs./- sometime in September 07. However I continue to get threatening calls from the executives of the bank. I believe I have settled the principal of the amount but they want me to pay more than Rs. 8000/- towards late payment and interest on latest payment which has gone into a vicious cycle now.
