MANHATTAN CREDIT CARD OF SCB
DEMAND OF EXCESS AMOUNT

I have taken loan of Rs.70000/- on my MANHATTAN CREDIT CARD OF Standard Chartered Bank. Till date I have cleared all dues. They have misappropriated payment made by me. Still they are demanding Rs.5800/-. They have already collected Rs.6000/- excess payment than my liability. I have reminded several time, by-mail, but no positive response was given. They have also made at various occassion various illegal charges. I am having details of payment and correspondance made with them. It seems from their behaviour that they do not care any rules and regulation of Indian Banking Law. I shall be highly thankful if you solve the problem. I will provide all necessary documentary evidences.
