Irregularity in supply gas sylende

Sir,

I Kondaiah. A having a gas connection in Manikanta Gas Agency, Dr. A.S. Rao Nagar, ECIL, Hyderabad. I have booked gas on 5.11.2008 and they said that the gas will be supply with in 13 days of time. Its almost 15 days compleated and I rang up on 19.11.2008 and enquiry about gas sylender, immediately they replied that I have not booked any gas cylender. I informed them that I can prove that the details of date and telephone number which recorded in my cell. Finally they said that they will supply after one week of period which is very difficulty for our family to continue without a gas cylender. I request that kindly take necesscery steps so that infuture we can not face such problems.
