Unprofessional behaviou

My wife visited the hospital OPD on April1 and set up an appointment with Dr. Shobharani in the gyneacology department. After waiting for about an hour and being questioned by a junior doctor she was asked to visit the doctor's chamber. The doctor did not even ask her about the complaints she had. The doctor simply said that she had heard the case from the junior and hence prescribing three tests. Even when wife tried to tell her what complaints she had (which the junior doctor did not ask about), the doctor flatly refused to hear. she was not even asked to sit. the total time she was in the doctor's chamber is 2 minutes. This, after shelling out 300 rupees and 1 hour of precious time.
