Not receing my prize money

I got email from telecomdraw@winning.com that I won US $500, 000.00 in a mobile number draw. Now I am being asked to pay advance the charge of courier service of Rs 15000 for the chegue that will be delivered to me. I am doubtful whether this news is genuine or just a fake. Please anybody help me. Also I am a student so I cannot afford the advance courier charge. I even made a call to them to deduct the courier charge from my prize money but they didn't agree. Anybody please me its very urgent!!!
