Erratic behaviou

This is regarding the service of UPS Jet Air Express Pvt Ltd. They are a leading courier company in the world and we have been doing business through them before we switched to Fedex and DHL. They are constantly changing franchises in Amritsar and we have been upset with this behaviour. Their recent franchisee Professional Couriers misplaced some of our important parcels and we stopped working with them Now after a year, they have come up with a bill of Rs. 10000. We have been talking to them about this as it was not due on us. Now they have started holding our incoming couriers from USA. These are important papers and we are losing business due to this behaiour.
