Landline credit card not ok since three month

Hello,

Manpreet singh this side. I can not pay landlines payment due to credit card machine not ok in vikas puri. Lsat three month se machine thik nahi hai. Jab maine poocha ki machine kab thik ho jayeegi, he say i did not sir. Too batiye ab mein kya kareon. Uttam nagar mein try kiya, she say machine not available. Apke customer care se pata kiya ki west patel nagar or moti nagar mein koi store hai, too pata chala whan koi store hi nahi hai. Mein apne landlines ki payment credit card se hi kerna chatta hoon.
