Wrong bill

Hi this is deepak using vodafone connection from last two yr. but two month back when i request for change my plan 300 talk to 444 i got a confirmation message that ur plan is get changed so i use my phone acc. to that plan only but when the bill come i got shoked it was under plan talk 400 i request customer care through my phone but that response negatively one said u have to pay full bill otherwise ur phone will disconnected i again approach them but they said u have to pay this time and we will change it in next month when i refuse to pay than executive told me that he will call me back but till now i didnot receive any call from them. i never expect this from a world wide co. the service is very poor. plz do the need full my no. is 919988224463
