Oadband connection not provided

I had booked a airtel broadband connection . the company said that they would provide the connection within 4 workin days . their technical person also said that it is possible but they were not able to provide. I was very much disappointed with the work n replies.

my whole off printing work was also pending bcos of them as i was not able to get the no. my complaint no with customer care 20659358
