This is ravi kumar from hyderabad. I purchased one hard disk in april. At present my hard disk is not working. At the time of os installation the following error displayed. Check your harddrive chkdsk /f and retry. A blue screen will be displayed.my hard disk no is 5RA0GRD8 AND PRODUCT NO..9CY012-304.Where is your office in hyderabad. Please send me details of your office. Please replace my hard disk.
