Plan changed without our intimation

Dear Sir,

The mobile no.9944966175 is actually post paid plan with CUG connection. Right now there is no activation of this number. When we clarified with customer care, we have been told that a letter has been given on 15.01.2009 indicating the change of plan from post paid to prepaid. Our office is also leave on that day. But we did not give any letter for the change of plan since it is a CUG connection. So please activate the same number in post paid itself.
