Undersigned purchased Maruti Zen VXI, Chesis number 832611, Registration Number PY-01-AB-4395 on 24.06.2005 from Vasanthi Automobiles, Pondicherry and was under Marurti Insurance and Extended warranty (No. C 215189) which is valid upto 24.06.2009.
The car was subsequently brought to Mumbai in June’08 and was registered under no. MH-06-AL-4182 and also was insured from the dealer’s Maruti Insurance.
The car’s front right door glass did not open on 13th Sept’08 and was got checked at Simran Motors Pvt Ltd, Authorized dealer and same was repaired by replacing the Regulator Assy, PWRWD, RH FRT and total bill of Rs. 2194 vide invoice no. 001824 dt.13.09.2008was paid to over come the problem.
It is requested to refund the amount spent as the car is still under extended warranty.
