After 1 month of payment renewed policy not made

Dear Sir,

I am very upset about your services. I have recently shifted from Jamshedpur to Bangalore.

I paid Rs. 2456/- on 5/8/08 to get my car insurance renewed which was due on 29/9/08.The agent Mr. T N Sunil kumar (PHONE NO.-9449575581) took the cheque and the amount was withdrawn from my bank account the next day. I have kept on requesting him to deliever the policy but he makes excuses each time and does not deliever it. Kindly do something for this.
