Maruti Alto (capico show room)
Not delevering the ca

Hi,

My car met with an Accident on 5th of Nov-08 MARUTI SUZUKI Alto and i was told the car would be delivered as soon as possible. And if there is any delay i will be arranged with a stand by vehicle.

The Insurance valuation and every formalities have been completed and now the show room people are not responding to phone calls and there is no update on my car.

I had purchased it on Aug (only 3 months back) and i was told that some part of the car is coming from Dehli due to transportation problem they could not help me...

Yesterday i called Mr. Prasanna Kumar the Manager of the company, he said there was a problem in the transportation and he has also given false promise saying he would be arranging a standby vehicle as on 20-Nov.

And now when i called him back he is not responding to my calls [His number 91-9985398000 Mr. Prasanna Kumar (Manager)). This is a concerm on why such people are faking and covering things to customers, is it not our right to know about the status on the vehicle given for servicing???

Am really embarassed by the way this issue is being handled by the Maruthi Dealers @ CAPICO (INDIA) MOTORS IN, Gandhi Nagar Road, Balanagar, Hyderabad, AP. Number: 040-23070707

Request you to kindly help me in this regard and let me know the status as this has been pending for almost 15days without any update.
