Verification of the policy still pending

Dear sir,

My maruti car no-800ac up21 x 0655 has insurance from Akansha Auto Mobile Moradabad and I had renewed it on 23 November 08, my policy no is 4852614 proposal no-5545859 and it has not been still verified. I have given so many reminders and it is regretting that I have-not got my renewal verification till date after five months and the center is not helping me out. so I have a very humble request to please do me favour n take some appropriate action against this, or suggest a legal way out

I will be highly obliged.
