Non delivery of swift DZIRE

I booked a maruti Swift Dzire Vxi on 30th march with Competent Automobiles Lajpat Nagar New Delhi and made full payment of the vehicle by 11th april yet the vehicle has not been delivered to me inspite of the assurance at the time of bookingthat the car shall be delivered to me as soon as the full payment is credited to the accont of the dealer.i have also tried to evince a reply from maruti office at new delhi but no proper reply has been recd so fa
