i a m a mba student from punjab last time we are purchase a omni lpg 5 str from jay cee maruti amritsar in 12 aug car no PB-46-F-0386but after a some time it wiil make a many trouble during driving so we are contact the dealer they told there is gas problem first of all a maruti sales executive miss guide me. he says ther is a gas station coming soon but till date there is a no gas station so we are use thhe lpg cylinder gas they told u use the bad quqlity gas so that why it will make problems. but when going seravice station ther is i see not a trande mechanics there is working only lower level mechanicwhich they got low salary so they are nort trained for a new bharat stage car because they no about the specific parts of cars they wher is the emoblizer and what is function in the car. after 15 days we approach the chandigarh regional office but i fell shame for share this conversation its P B X man is reffer the call to mr sidhir and mr sidhir is also is like a illitrate person he was no manner and he reffers for mr dheeraj and he is also behave like a chief minister his P A is atend the phone and told diffrent excuse he is busy in meeting he is not a office when we talk about court case he is laughung and tell me so many pepole is file e court casre against our orgnisation but we dont care avbout that u file a case on a our aggainst our brabnch web cant do anything for you my father is working is a claass one officer in govt depsrtment but they cant coperate with him, please tell me if they behave with a gussted officer with like this type wher e wat is doing a simple man please find out the sulution of my problem otherwise i am going to court for regal way . but i cant broken the customer relatiomn with maruti please we go through regally way.
