Vehicle not received

Dear Sir,

I have applied for Maruti Suzuki Wagnor Deo lxi on 28 april. I did part panyment on the same date and sales manager promised me that I will receive vehicle within 8-10 days.

Remaining part of payment and loan sanction procedure is completed on 9th may.

I complained to maruti suzuki customer care service. complaint number - 3197430347 dated 15/5.

They agreed that there is mistake in thier service. They sent oppology letter on 19th May.

On that letter, Simran Motors, New Panvel (Dealer of Maruti Suzuki Motors) cusotmer care manager Balika Shetty promised me that vehicle will be delivered by 31st May.

But till date i have not received my vehicle.

Kindly help me to get my vehicle as soon as possible.
