Refund of Booking Amount

Hi I had cancelled my booking of Swift VXI in Bimal Motors in Bangalore. At the time of cancellation they mentioned it takes 3 days to refund the amount and it will be done electronically through amount transfer. But even after 5 days neither they returned the amount or have contacted me on this. When called they mentioned i need to come to their show room to collect the cheque. Absolutely uncourteous customer service.
